The construction of the strategic “Northway Biotech” project “BIO CITY” III is commencing in VCIIP

The construction of the strategic “Northway Biotech” project “BIO CITY” III is commencing in the Vilnius Innovation Industrial Park. In February 2025, a warehouse for the “Stem Cell Research Center,” a company within the “Northway Biotech” cluster, will begin to rise. The two-story building will be designed for specialized activities, with infrastructure meeting the highest technological requirements essential for life sciences. It is planned that, in addition to the warehouse, the “BIO CITY” III area will also feature an innovative center for cell, tissue, and organ engineering, as well as 3D bioprinting, along with a large-scale microbial process manufacturing center.
